Our Leadership

Hailing from Tennessee and California, Scott and Marissa met at college in Chicago where they both studied music, the Bible, and literature. They have personally experienced a transformational homecoming to Jesus and his Church, and are passionate about being on this journey with others.
Scott has served in the Anglican communion in America and England for almost two decades. He loves the Bible, literature, folk music, fishing, motorcycles, and serving the Church. They have four boys, James, Aaron, Beau, and Vaughn.

MinistRy director

Kaitlyn comes to Madison from Poland (originally) and Chicago (most recently). As our Ministry Director, she blesses our church through her oversight of Sunday mornings, administration, and communication. She loves latin dancing, silent retreats, learning about church history, and exploring Wisconsin's beautiful outdoors. She is thrilled to be a part of what God is doing in Madison.

Nicole and her family moved to Madison from North Carolina around the same time our church was planted. In a former life, she was a family nurse practitioner, and she has been serving with children in church since her teens. We are thrilled to have Nicole leading Treehouse - equipping volunteers and partnering with parents to disciple the youngest members of our church family.

Operations Manager

Randy comes to Madison from Oak Park, IL, and oversees all things operational, which includes tech, web design and finances. Besides being a proud father of 4 and grandfather of 12, Randy is an artist and can make a classic twin motorcycle engine sing like Patsy Cline.

Kent and his family have been committed to the mission of Christ Church since they moved to Madison from Chicagoland in 2018. Kent is excited to be a partner in the process of developing our youth ministry, and he loves serving in a bunch of other ways. Come say hi! Kent is easy to spot at 5'18" tall and is always happy to talk with you about buying and renovating houses, adventuring, or Dungeons'n'Dragons.
